Aecon Women in Trades

Aecon has a program that offers for Women pursuing a career in Skilled Trades.

The AWIT program is led by our Utilities division, a leading solutions provider offering innovative construction services in the areas of oil and gas, telecommunications infrastructure, and power distribution networks. Women in the program complete placements within Ontario in roles such as Utility/General Labourer, Directional Driller and Fibre Optic Splicer.
